Points positifs : Appartement charmant, décoré avec goût. Il est idealement bien placé. Les propriétaires sont très réactifs aux questions posées cela facilite le bon déroulement du séjour.

Points positifs : La décoration en général, les petits détails comme la vaisselle, les bougies, ..., le confort, l'emplacement. Le lit était confortable, salle de bain fonctionnel, tout était parfait ! je reviendrai avec plaisir ! merci pour ce bon moment.

Points négatifs : juste le fait que l'appartement est en RDC, fenêtre en hauteur.

Appartement confortable idéalement situé

Points positifs : Situation idéale par rapport au vieux Lyon et la presqu’île. Appartement très confortable, donnant l'impression d'avoir été fraichement rénové, et meublé avec style. Procédures pour l’arrivée et le départ huilées (code d’accès au bâtiment + code pour obtenir la clé). Ventilateurs présents dans l’appartement (bien utiles car autrement chaleur difficilement supportable)

Points négatifs : Il y a un problème connu depuis longtemps avec internet ( WiFi et télévision) alors que la fiche de location indique toujours wifi et télévision disponibles. Pas de four micro-ondes, pourtant mentionné sur la fiche. Obligation de garder les rideaux fermés si on veut garder de l’intimité (grandes fenêtres au Rez de chaussée donnant sur la rue) donc appartement très sombre. Le propriétaire nous a demandé de régler une caution de 600 € avant de nous envoyer les instructions. Nous avons refusé, car ce n’était pas dans le contrat au moment de la réservation. Le propriétaire a accepté notre refus.

Lovely day break in Lyon!

Points positifs : The property was so cute! Everything was as described and shown in the pictures. All facilities we needed were available to us. The location is perfect, we walked everywhere! It’s so close to the old city and the train station so you are definitely located Uber centrally.

Points négatifs : The only think that could be improved is the pillows. Me and my partner slept on the couch that was folding to make a bed and the pillows provided were not comfortable at all. Also, consider that this apartment doesn’t have a balcony when booking and that there isn’t storage available if you need to store your luggage after checking out.

Very nice apartment in good area close to shops, restaurants and metro.

Points positifs : Very comfortable, clean apartment and looks like the photos provided in advertisement. Ample amenities and in a good location. Hosts were very good about responding to my messages and queries via email. Good instructions provided as to how to access the apartment (door entry and lock box, etc) before arriving.

Points négatifs : The wooden floor is uneven in places and you must be careful not to trip or miss your step.

Optimum valued accomodation as price &location considered

Points positifs : Good location! Very cozy place, neat and clean 👍eveything was settled as it is shown at Booking.com site. Recommended 👏👍

Points négatifs : Two things to be considered as negative: Pillows in bedroom, need 2 new pillows for sure. There is no Dish Washer, if there was one , would have been better.Nevertheless that does not mean everyone would like to eat at the appartment.ıf you do so you better consider washing dishes:)

Excellent location

Points positifs : Really good central location, old town is just 10 minute walk across the river and Place Bellecour is also nearby. This is good and quiet neighbourhood. Apartment is good size and has everything you need, there are parking places nearby.

Points négatifs : Need to fix the uneven and wavy floors. Apartment is on ground floor, need to keep the curtains closed to block the view from the street.
