Points positifs : L'emplacement de l'appartement était super pour découvrir la ville et proche des transports en communs.

Points négatifs : La télévision ne fonctionnait pas, nous n'avons pas pu regarder les chaînes comme France Tv ou Arte.

Points positifs : L'emplacement près de la place Bellecour, la vue exceptionnelle sur la basilique de Fourviere, la grande cuisine tres bien équipée

Points négatifs : La porte des toilettes qui ne ferme pas et une salle de bains qui laisse à desirer

Points positifs : La situation est top La prise en main de l'appartement est simple et rapide

Beaucoup de petits bonheurs à Lyon.

Points positifs : Idéalement situé au coeur de Bellecour, le quartier est tranquille et sécurisé. L’établissement est très propre, confortable et grand. C’est un excellent rapport qualité prix.. Fabien se rendait très disponible pour répondre à nos questions. C’était notre première fois à Lyon et nous retournerions volontiers à cet établissement.

Points négatifs : Tout était impeccable.

Points positifs : Appartement très agréable, très bien situé, très bien équipé. Et en prime une très belle vue sur la basilique de Fourvière.

Points négatifs : Rue un peu bruyante (simple vitrage), absence de volets dans la partie salon (canapé-lit), toilettes manquant d'intimité et salle de bain moyenne.

Points positifs : The property was most comfortable and charming, very cosy! All the appliances were easy to use. We loved the magnificent view of the basilica on the hill. The location was excellent! Generally very quiet at night. Our host was very helpful and friendly. We felt very welcome.

Points négatifs : Since there was no air-conditioning the apartment remained very hot during the heat wave, even though our host kindly provided a fan.

Points positifs : 1. The apartment is large and spacious. 2. The location is perfect, very close to the old city center of Lyon. 3. The view of the city is gorgeous, you can't ask for more than that. 4. It's quiet and you can sleep without problems at night. 5. The accommodation offers all the utensils and appliances you need, from salt, pepper, cutlery, and even a washing machine and clothes dryer.

Points négatifs : 1. The check-in process was very difficult. The apartment is located at 13 Rue du Plat. However, to collect the keys, you need to go to a shop located at 16 Rue de la Barre. There, you're supposed to provide a 6-digit code, which you should receive via email, either from Booking or the apartment owner – though this is not clearly communicated. In our case, the owner didn’t mention anything about this code in the Booking.com messaging system. Only after the shop staff verify the code can they hand you the keys. 2. Unfortunately, the code we received didn’t work, and the owner was unresponsive. He didn’t reply to messages on the Booking platform, nor did he answer our phone call. We had to contact Booking.com customer service, but they were also unable to help us quickly. After waiting on the street for over an hour, the owner finally reached out to us via WhatsApp and gave us a new code, and only then could we get the keys. 3. The apartment entrance doors are old and wooden, which makes it feel more like you’re entering an old storage room rather than a city-center apartment in Lyon. 4. Except for the beds and appliances, all the furniture is old. The apartment does not have a modern feel at all. 5. The water pressure in the shower is weak and the water draining from the bathtub is very difficult. 6. This accommodation is definitely not worth €100 per night, which is what we paid.

Points positifs : A nice apartment, quite big for 2 people, a well-equipped kitchen, the amazing view on Lyon's roofs and the church. The host sent all information how to access the apartment. I asked them for 2 separate blankets (we were 2 people, not a couple) and they just prepared 2 beds for us, it was very friendly.

Points négatifs : The host wasn't very responsive on booking.com. The key should be collected from a bar across the river, but it was just 5 min away.

Perfetto in ogni cosa

Points positifs : Appartamento semplicemente perfetto. In casa c’era davvero tutto ciò che potesse essere utile a soggiorni di lungo periodo. Noi siamo stati 3 notti e di cui 1 io ho anche lavorato in smart working ed era assolutamente confortevole. La casa è dotata di ogni comfort e accessori. Bollitore, spremiagrumi, pentole di ogni tipo, davvero ben curato. Super pulito e riscaldamento perfetto. Si stava benissimo! Se tornerò a Lione, questo appartamento sarà la prima scelta. Consiglio davvero e sono una persona che viaggia davvero tanto e qui la qualità si vede tutta.
