Excellent experience, plus a few notes for future tenants

Points positifs : The property is clean, and well-equipped for solo staying. Location's excellent as well as it's easy to find, and close to multiple public transport options. Staff was responsive on the app. I requested early check-in and was provided with this flexibility as there were no occupants the night before. Also, the sound isolation of the apartment is not excellent so there can be a bit of noise from water pipes or upstairs. It wasn't disturbing for me but in case anyone is sensitive to the aural environment then here's a note to take.

Nice comfortable property with good location

Points positifs : Great location, nice and spacious property. The host was really responsive. I was there beginning of January and it was nice and worm inside. The bed was really comfortable. I did not have any issues with the stairs but they require care.

Points négatifs : My only issue was with the noise from the elevator and entrance to the building. They are noisy when people come and go in the morning, otherwise it's a quiet building. Also, the toilet is in a really small room and while sitting down you might have trouble closing the door. I travelled alone so there was no issue for me, but it's something to consider.
