Agréable

Points positifs : Du cachet, agréable, bien placé, calme (quand il n y a pas de voisin)

Points négatifs : Quand il y en a, on entend les voisins. Le froid qui monte du sol rend le salon froid malgré le radiateur.

Presque parfait… dommage pour la télévision.

Points positifs : Le mail reçu avec vidéo pour procéder au retrait de la clef. L état général du logement, ( état neuf et nettoyage parfait), le logement est très bien situé et calme .

Points négatifs : La télévision ne fonctionnait pas. Pas de retour malgré plusieurs demandes. Télécommande avec une pile sur deux et cache pile manquant.

Small but perfectly formed quirky apartment in a great location.

Points positifs : The communication with the host was excellent, check-in and check-out was extremely easy. The location of the property was perfect, within a short walk to the metro and tram, 15 minute walk or 1 metro stop to the main train station (Gare Part Dieu), ample choice of restaurants, bars and shops on the doorstep. The apartment was spotless, very comfortable bed and the kitchenette was well equipped. The little courtyard space was a lovely bonus.

Points négatifs : The fan in the bathroom was on continually. I understand that is was to manage the damp however, it did disturb my sleep. The television didn't work, there were batteries missing in the remote. There were 2 remotes (one for the TV and one for the Freeview box), and even when swapping batteries around, the TV didn't work. The instructions for its use were not clear and did not work. I also had to root around to find the Wifi box to figure out how to get onto the Wifi (scanned a QR code from the box which wasn't easy as the box is located under the stairs). Final point, there is lack of lighting in the hallway when you enter the building from the street and bins in the way so getting to the interior door to access the courtyard where the apartment is, was fine if you have a torch on your phone and expect to move bins.

Класне ліжко з матрасом

Points positifs : Близько до залізниці вокзалу та центру міста. Величезне ліжко зі зручним матрасом та подушками. Пощастило з сусідами, тому було тихо, я спала, як ніколи )) Дуже чисто. Легке спілкування з власником.

Points négatifs : Витяжка у ванній працює самостійно, коли збирається волога, тому вмикається несподівано ))

Gemütlich

Points positifs : Sehr gemütlich, hat alles was man braucht. Besonders die Couch war toll. Ansonsten auch alles was man zum Kochen an Utensilien braucht. Bequemes bett, tolle Decke. Gute Lage zwischen Bahnhof und Ile de Lyon

Points négatifs : Die Nachbarn sind tatsächlich recht laut und die Wände dünn. Ab 23Uhr war es dann aber leise. Beim spülen stößt man sich leicht den Kopf. Die Deckenhöhe oben ist nur bei ca 1,9m. Die Messer sind sehr stumpf.
