Comfortable and spacious stay in a local area
Points positifs : It was spacious and clean, in a good location. You are close to a very local area of the city filled with restaurants, and we were able to walk to most of the things we wanted to see. In saying that it was about a 30 minute walk into the old town, so it depends on your ability.
Points négatifs : There was one small fan to keep you cool in the hot summer, so it was very hot inside the apartment, but that is typical in most of Europe. Additionally the owner was a bit difficult to contact. We had to message them to find out how to check in.

Very cozy & functional apartment close to Parc de la Tête d’or
Points positifs : + Perfect location if you want to study French near Lyon Blue language school. Close to super markets and the big park (Parc de la tête d’or) +Kitchen and watching machine very useful for a long stay + living room and sleeping room have their own TVs Improvements: •more space for cloths in the sleeping room for example a closet with drawers. •would be nice to have a quiche mold and the silverware was missing two forks.

Very good apartment, well located, nicely furnished
Points positifs : The apartment was super nice, comfortable with 2 good sized rooms, TV , equipped kitchen, accurate photos, in a good location on a quiet safe street, in a nice building, close to the Parc. I was taking a class at Lyon Bleu so it was very easy ( 6 minute walk). Mini markets all around, a terriic bakery across the street, and easy to get around.
Points négatifs : There were a few little thigns that could be better - better cleaning in the bathroom. A simple 1 page instruction sheet on how to connect to the wifi, where to find the password, where to throw out the garbage would have ben helpful. Communication with host was mediocre (slow to repond, unclear, as if I was bothering them and exclusively in French) so resolving these basic things was frustrating. No extra sheets and terrible quality sheets and pillows. Bed not comfortable. Really bad which was strange because everything else was really a super nice quality. It is on the gound floor, slightly raised. It was summer so SUPER SUPER hot ( no AC) and inititally only 1 tiny fan. It took alot of communcaition and asking to get another fan that actually did something. There was alot of direct sunlight right on the windows which were hard to keep open because it was close to the street. If not in the summer, it would have been great. Location was just a bit farther from the main areas, which is both good and bad depending on what you want. The street is very quiet with few commerical businesses.

Spacious flat for the 6th district & park, but quite noisy
Points positifs : Nice little apartment in a peaceful district of Lyon, close to the Parc Tete D'Or. It was everything we needed for a short stay. The windows face onto the street on the ground floor, which make it quite noisy from the street and other people entering the building, but at least there's a view of one of the best boulangeries in Lyon (Boulangerie du Parc).
Points négatifs : It was difficult to figure out how to get the wifi code, but the host explained it on the phone.
