Points positifs : La propriétaire est très réactive par message, et très sympathique Ses instructions étaient très clair et la description du studio fidèle à ce qui est annoncé Le studio est idéalement situé et très cozy!
Points négatifs : Il y’a 3 étages à monter à pied, attention si vous êtes chargés et le hall de l’immeuble est très vieux

Points positifs : Magnifique!! A la hauteur de ce qui est annoncé! Très bien situé! De petites attentions for appréciable (dose de café, eau fraîche dans le frigo, petits bonbons,…) divers savons à disposition…Hôte très sympa et réactive Bref à recommander sans hésitation 🤩

TOUT CE QUI EST PETIT EST MIGNON
Points positifs : Très mignon petit studio situé en plein centre ville et très proche du théâtre antique. Le top pour assister à un spectacle JAZZ à VIENNE. Ne convient toutefois pas aux PMR puisque situé au 3eme étage sans ascenseur. Merci à Célia.

Beau petit appartement pour profiter de quelques jours à vienne !
Points positifs : La propreté de l'appartement, l'accueil, l'emplacement de l'appartement, l'accessibilité aux produits, (savon, Shampooing, vaisselles, serviettes, etc), (moins de 10m à pieds de la gare, 5m du théâtre, et beaucoup de boutiques différentes, restaurants autour à disposition), quartier très agréable !
Points négatifs : Le vis à vis, l'eau du robinet principalement

Modern, quiet, clean studio in a perfect location for the jazz festival
Points positifs : Perfect location, recently renovated, very modern interior, very clean, really comfy bed, AC, great double-glazed windows (sometimes necessary when some of the live bands or DJs were getting too enthusiastic ;)), super quiet neighbours, fast internet, brilliant bakery and pastry shop downstairs, great communication with the host! Many thanks! :)
Points négatifs : Some people mentioned the winding staircase, but it didn't bother us too much. So, we actually liked everything :)

A bijou but very centrally situated apartment, well suited to exploring Vienne.
Points positifs : This apartment is concisely described by its title - it's quite small but very centrally situated, ideal for exploring Vienne and visiting the museums. There are excellent patisseries within a few yards of the entrance, so breakfast is easy. The kitchen is well-equipped and the shower room is luxurious. The bed was perfectly comfortable and the air-conditioning provided the opportunity to moderate the temperature. The electric blinds were a definite bonus!
Points négatifs : One mustn't be put off by the tenement-like communal entrance and the narrow spiral staircase up to the third floor - but it's not a good location for anyone with large or heavy luggage. It's a shame that the was no room for an arm chair, there is only a small bench in the bedroom, as well as the bed.
