Points positifs : Sa surface suffisante, ses équipements de base, sa situation proche du métro et d’un parking payant pour notre véhicule.

Points négatifs : 3 étages sans ascenseur avec les bagages 😄

Points positifs : La proximité des transports en commun, la facilité des échanges avec les hôtes

Points négatifs : Le quartier le soir où je ne me suis pas sentie en sécurité. Ce qui est souvent le problème des grandes villes pour les femmes qui voyagent seules. RAS au niveau du logement, qui a un bon rapport qualité prix

Points positifs : Les propriétaires sont très réactifs. L’appartement est très bien et très confortable et propre. Le quartier est très bien desservi avec plein de commerce à proximité

Points négatifs : J’aurais apprécié plus qu’un unique torchon dans la cuisine pour essuyer la vaisselle et une 2e manique et des sacs poubelles.

Points positifs : L'emplacement, la facilité pour se garer, le contact avec les propriétaires au top.

Fair value for money

Points positifs : The best feature of this accomodation is the location, close to the metro/bus/tram stations, lots of shops for groceries (if you don’t want to eat out) and good places to eat nearby (I especially recommend Les yeaux du Liban, a small Lebanese place with amazing food). The studio is well equipped for both short and long stays, it has everything you might need. The flat was easy to find and intuitive for the check in, and the hosts gave us more than enough information both before our stay and in the manual in the apartment.

Points négatifs : Even though it was pretty quiet the first 2 nights, on the last 2 it was quite a lot of noise in the neighborhood, lots of children screaming and playing, lots of noise from the pub/kebab place nearby, so be prepared of that. Moreover, the apartment can host 4 people, but the couch seemed particularily unconfortable, so the ones sleeping on it might be disturbed by that. Lastly, the house rule was that each person got 1 coffee pod, regardless of the duration of the stay, which seemed really odd to us; it was not a big issue, still it was the first time we have encountered this particularity.

Excellent apartment for a small family near lots of Halal Restaurants and Metro.

Points positifs : Excellent location and an apartment with all the amenities you would need. WiFi, washing machine, coffee maker, sofa bed, spacious etc.

Points négatifs : It’s o the 3rd floor, so careful with heavy luggage.

Comfortable and well-equipped place for short-term remote working.

Points positifs : The hosts were very responsive and friendly, and all instructions were clear and easy to follow. The apartment was very clean and the hosts clearly pay attention to the little details, which made it a cosy and comfortable place to spend two days—it had everything I needed to feel at home. I was there to work and found it a perfectly adequate space. Noise from the building/street was minimal (there was a bit of work happening in the building, but it wasn't for long and headphones kept me from being distracted), the wifi connection was very good, plugs are ample, and although there is a dedicated work space, there are other comfortable places to work from and get a small change of scene. It's very close to a metro station, so getting around town is a breeze.
