Points positifs : Situation géographique parfaite pour découvrir Lyon Arrivée autonome Guide d’explication pour localisation de l’appartement envoyé d’avance par le propriétaire Accessibilité rapidement par message au propriétaire

Points négatifs : Le lit est difficile d’accès au deuxième avec une échelle: pas de problème pour des gens de notre âge mais disons que ce serait un inconvénient pour les personnes à mobilité réduite

Pour une nuit ou deux

Points positifs : Bien situé et bien équipé. Quartier central et sympathique. De nombreux restaurants et commerces a proximité.

Points négatifs : Immeuble qui laisse a désirer et pas très bien insonorisé . Escalier un peu étroit et peu commode avec une valise. Dans le stufio atention a l échelle qui mène au lit, assez raide. Literie qui pourrait être améliorée.

Charmant, moderne et parfaitement localisé

Points positifs : L’emplacement est parfait. Immeuble charmant, appartement moderne et bien équipé.

Points négatifs : Le canapé, qui pourrait être un peu plus grand et confortable. Une rue un peu passante, mais c’est le prix à payer pour être en plein centre du vieux Lyon.

Points positifs : Check-in en toute autonomie très appréciable. Appartement conforme au photo et propre à notre arrivé. Localisation parfaite pour un weekend sur Lyon.

Perfect location room in Lyon

Points positifs : The room was in a perfect location, in a very lively neighborhood of Lyon. It was also close to a bus stop with connections to the main bus station. It was clean and nicely decorated.

Points négatifs : As shown in the photos, the bed is located upstairs, like a loft, and you have to climb a ladder to reach it. Each time, you need to open and close the ladder; otherwise, there isn’t enough space to get to the bathroom. Additionally, the room was not very warm. There was an electric heater to heat the entire room.

Central and convenient

Points positifs : Location is perfect, super central and its not a noisy street. Checkin was convinient, access using a code for main door and apartment door. So we didnt have to worry about keys.

Points négatifs : No aircon which isnt a bad thing necessarily, depending on what time of year you go. There is a fan though, and it can be shortened so it can fit into the loft where the bed is. We were here during summer and it was unusually hot so this was a life saver. Pillows were quite flat, so if youre fussy about a firmer pillow this isnt ideal.

Great location and very welcoming

Points positifs : the location is very good as it's next to a park as well. Interior is nice and welcoming: instructions given early and replies very fast. Came with 4 extra nespresso pods :) Definitely a must place to stay during winter!! Lovely

Points négatifs : The place gets hot during the summer even with a fan but that's not their fault. Beware the place does not have a washing machine, this is mentioned in the facilities. Couch kinda small but workable.

Points positifs : De lokatie is voortreffelijk. Een lekker rustige studio met een goed geoutillieerde keuken. De tv vond ik te ingewikkeld. Goede badkamer. Let wel: je moet via een ladder naar een êntre-sol waar het bed. Wel comfortabel.

Points négatifs : Ik moest even wennen aan de ladder om je bed in te komen.

sehr schön, zu empfehlen

Points positifs : super schön eingerichtet, sehr gemütlich, haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, auch das Bett ist super

Points négatifs : für uns zwar kein Problem, aber man sollte wissen dass man das Bett nur mit einer steilen Leiter erreicht (ca.2Meter hoch)

Goeie locatie, goeie service, maar wel wat aandachtspuntjes

Points positifs : De lokatie was heel erg goed. Je kon overal naartoe lopen. Er zit een supermarktje vlakbij, ook allerlei cafeetjes en restaurantjes. De service was ook erg goed. Problemen werden snel opgepakt.

Points négatifs : Er waren wel wat dingetjes. Slot deed het niet (batterij leeg), maar dat kon gelukkig met een noodsleutel opgelost worden. De rolgordijnen waren stuk en konden niet omhoog (zou gefixed worden). En de badkamer was niet zo goed schoon (zouden ze ook verbeteren). Het bed is vrij klein, en eigenlijk alleen een matras op de vide. De bank is erg smal. Misschien is 2 lekkere stoelen meer comfortabel.
