Un appart simple , propre et proche du centre ville .

Points positifs : Bien placé, lit confortable, salle de bains propre et facile à chauffer.

Points négatifs : Plaque de cuisson ne chauffait pas

Points positifs : Emplacement idéal, tout près du bus, de la place des Terreaux dans un quartier vivant tout en étant au calme

Séjour adapté à notre besoin de la soirée.

Points positifs : Emplacement choisi en fonction de la soirée du 17/09, pour rejoindre le lieu à pied.

Points positifs : L'emplacement était super! Le lit était comfortable. L'espace était bien amenagé. La cuisine était bien équipé. Le wifi fonctionne bien et en general c'est un espace agréable.

Points négatifs : Beaucoup de bruit la nuit. La porte des poubelles ne fonctionnait pas. Manque d'instructions pour faire fonctionner la petite cuisine. L'eau chaude a arrêté de fonctionner en plein douche. Le couloir pour accèder à l'appartement n'était pas du tout éclairé, ce qui peut être dangereux.

Great location for a stay in Lyon

Points positifs : Really well located apartment, right in the beautiful 1st arrondissement which has so many cool shops, bars and restaurants to explore. It's also a short walk to the other areas like vieux Lyon, fantastic spot for getting around Lyon by foot. It's also not too hard to get there and back from the train station Part Dieu. The apartment itself is quite simple and doesn't have too much outside of the basics. Everything works fine and is ok for a short stay. If you're planning to be out and about and just want a comfortable place to sleep, do some laundry and have breakfast/coffee, it's perfect. The self check in and out through the portal was also well explained and easy.

Points négatifs : There isn't much in the way of amenities that are usually provided for Airbnbs/short rentals. You get one tiny hotel hand soap and some sachets of shower gel with your towels, which work but it felt a bit cheap for the price you are paying. The dishes were also not all clean from the last person and there was a jar of moldy pasta sauce in the cupboard, which isn't the worst thing but shows that the cleaning might not be thorough for the whole unit. The front windows also had the metal shutters on when I arrived so the apartment felt quite dark compared to the pictures. There was also no comforter on the bed only a cover, as the host expected me to get one from the storage cupboard and make it myself which again, was just a bit odd for accommodation standards. I know it's more of an apartment than hotel but for the price, maybe these things could be provided for the guest. Not deal breakers for me, but I have to be honest.
